Trading education · Paul Jackson Banda

Learn the markets properly, before you risk a single kwacha.

FX Market Room is a teaching space, not a tip service. We start with risk, build real skill on a demo account, and only talk about live trading once you understand what you're doing. No profit promises. No shortcuts.

The approach

What this is — and what it isn't.

Most trading rooms sell a dream. This one sells the work. Read both columns before you decide it's for you.

+ What this is

  • Structured teaching, from the foundations up to intermediate strategy
  • Recorded classes you can re-watch any time
  • Live trade reviews where the reasoning is explained, not just the result
  • A community that respects beginners and questions
  • Honest about how hard this is and how long it takes

What this isn't

  • A guaranteed-profit scheme or a "get rich" room
  • A signal service that tells you when to buy and sell
  • Financial advice — every decision and every loss is yours
  • A reason to deposit money you can't afford to lose
  • A promise that you'll make money. Most beginners don't.
The syllabus

A real curriculum, in order.

You don't skip ahead to strategy. Each stage builds on the last — the way it should be taught.

Two ways to learn

Start free. Go deeper when you're ready.

The free room gets you the foundations. The structured program is for people serious about putting in the months it takes.

Getting set up

How to set up a practice account.

Paul uses the XM platform for teaching. Set it up on a demo account first — you'll spend your early months here, with no real money at risk.

1

Learn the foundations first

Before you open anything, work through the free recordings. There's no rush to fund an account — the skill comes before the capital.

2

Create an XM account

Sign up on the XM platform Paul uses for class demonstrations. You can use Paul's partner code KP426 if you choose to — this is an affiliate relationship, disclosed plainly alongside.

3

Open a DEMO account, not a live one

Practise with virtual funds. Trade your plan until it's boring and your results are consistent over many weeks. Do not deposit real money to begin learning.

4

Only consider live trading later

If and when you go live, use only money you can afford to lose completely, with the risk rules from the syllabus. Many traders never need to rush this step.

The journal

Notes from the room.

Short, honest lessons on the things that actually decide whether a beginner survives.

The market will still be here next month. So will the work.

Start in the free room. Learn the foundations. Move to the structured program when you're ready to take it seriously.
